Jose Alfredo Galarza Vargas of Puerto Rico was proclaimed winner of Mister Tourism International 2015 on October 25 at Blue Bay City Hotel in Panama City, Panama. He was chosen from a field of 17 candidates from around the world.
Ever Guzman of Mexico was 1stRunner-up and Rasmus Kamael Pedersen of Denamrk was 2nd Runner-up. In the top 5 were Judah Cohen of the Philippines who was also named Best International Look and Francisco Gil of Venezuela also named Best International Model. Rounding off the top 7 finalists were Oscar Emerson of Chile and Joseph Davis of the USA.
